When I first run Reputation Monitor, it takes a little longer to get my report, why?
The first time you run Reputation Monitor you are required to code all 30 searches so that the color coding can be applied. This may take a few minutes but after the first time, Reputation Monitor will remember the coding so subsequent reports will be printed and coded immediately.
Can I pick which data sources Reputation Monitor monitors?
At this point, Reputation Monitor gives you the ability to order reports from Google, Yahoo and Bing.

What are the payment options for Reputation Monitor?
All payments are securely processed using a credit card or paypal. Your card or paypal account will be charged at the beginning of the month for that months service.
How do I cancel my Reputation Monitor account?
You can cancel your subscription payment with PayPal at any time with a month's notice.

Can I share my Reputation Monitor account?
Yes. You are welcome to pass on your account name and password to anyone you wish. However, since our fees are based on number of total reports, if you are sharing the service, it may make sense to buy a larger program so that both you and your service partners can get all the reports you need.
What if I don't like the service?
If you try Reputation Monitor and don't like it, we will refund your monthly payment.
